My installer had my cameras up and going in like a half hour, and after some camera adjustments it was 101 for me to learn the system. I must say that this system is more user friendly than my old system.

DVR works great.  I received the dvr called customer service and was up and running within 60 minutes.  This review would get 5 stars, however, my delivery was not next day as promised.

We install most brands and find these to be the very fastest logon DVR's we've ever seen. Period. The customer service is outstanding. I had an emergency install and no time to wait for an employee, the customer service did the port forwarding for me while I installed the cameras. I would have lost a big client. True story.
